What is a credit?

1 credit is $0.01. Each plan adds credits worth its price every month, and every service spends them at its own rate, below: avatars by the conversation minute, speech by characters, transcription and voice checks by the minute of audio. One balance covers all of them.

Can I try Yoob before paying?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card and adds a small monthly allowance, and sandbox sessions with test keys are always free.

Who charges my card?

When does my plan renew?

Starter, Pro and Scale renew monthly at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Cancel any time in the console under Plan & Billing; the plan runs to the end of the billing period.

What happens when my credits run out?

New requests and sessions stop until you have credits again. On a paid plan you can turn on overage instead: use keeps going at $0.01 a credit, charged in top-ups up to a monthly maximum you set.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy and the terms of service.

Yoob is operated by Smart Media Internet Marketing Ltd. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles payments, receipts and refunds.
